Chris Lai currently oversees the finance function at LimeTree Capital, bringing over twenty years of comprehensive auditing, finance, and accounting experience rooted in the real estate industry. He most recently served as Financial Controller for a prestigious single-family office in Hong Kong, where he led financial and management reporting, treasury, and tax planning initiatives.

Chris holds both a BBA and an MSc in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He holds professional CPA qualifications from HKICPA and ACCA.
