Charlie joined LimeTree Capital in 2015 as Head of Asset Management for China Car Park Funds. He is currently Head of Portfolio Management within the China Car Park Investment team. He has over 20 years real estate management experience. Prior to LimeTree, he was Investment Director for Banyan Tree China Fund, Director for SK China Real Estate, Senior Asset Manager for Goldman Sachs and Head of Property Management for Colliers and Knight Frank.
