Founded in 2006, LimeTree Capital currently has approximately US$1 billion of assets under management through its existing private equity real estate strategies.

LimeTree has developed a research driven, detailed institutional investment process to identify opportunities and has assembled an experienced team of investment and operating professionals to execute and manage its strategies.

LimeTree Capital has, to date, invested in three alternative real estate strategies – (i) Car Parking in China through the acquisition of car park assets and their operational improvement; (ii) Asian Beachfront Land benefitting from the growth of tourism; and (iii) a recent Real Estate Asset Repositioning Strategy in Japan.

We have offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Bangkok and our investment activities extend across the Asia-Pacific region.
