James Goulding
James founded LimeTree Capital Partners in 2006. He has over 30 years fiduciary investment management experience. He started his career with Mercury Asset Management in London (part of SG Warburg) and then held various senior management positions with Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management, where he was Chief Executive of the UK business and then Chief Executive Asia/Pacific with responsibility for the equity, fixed income, real estate and private equity investment platforms. James has worked in Asia for 15 years.

Ewan Munro
Ewan has over 20 years of experience in institutional Asian real estate investment, due diligence, valuation, advisory, acquisition and disposal across the Asia Pacific region. In particular, Ewan has extensive experience in Japan, Thailand & Indonesia. Ewan is a Partner of LimeTree Capital and has a specific focus on overseeing the sourcing, investment underwrite and execution of more than 25 LimeTree Capital investments in Japan, Thailand, Bali Indonesia and other investment locations.

Mark Cho
Mark was Country Head of RREEF China, Mark was responsible for the firm’s China real estate strategy, including investments, asset management, and partnership development. Joined RREEF in 2007 as the Asia Pacific COO and Business Manager, Mark was a key member of its operations and business management functions. Prior to RREEF, he worked at Monitor Group as the COO for Asia Pacific and for AIG and Intuit in various business development and strategy positions in Asia and the US.

Casey Au
Casey has spent his entire career in Real Estate Finance, having worked for JPMorgan and Lehman Brothers London offices in commercial real estate structured finance. He then joined Tesco, a British multinational retail company, and became Head of Corporate Finance Asia where he led real estate transactions in China, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia. At LimeTree Capital, Casey’s primary responsibilities include deal origination, transaction execution and capital raising across the platform.

Kelvin Hsu
Kelvin Hsu has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience, of which 18 years was spent in the RE industry. His most recent roles were CFO for Tishman Speyer based in Shanghai for 2 years, and COO and CFO for Goodman Asia for almost 10 years. Kelvin’s extensive experience spans the full spectrum of operational disciplines, including finance, accounting, treasury, tax structuring, change management, IT, HR, and corporate governance as well as portfolio and investment management, and business development. Kelvin has worked on projects across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and the UK.

Joyce Lo
Prior to joining LimeTree Capital, Joyce worked with Palmer Capital Asia (PCA), an investment manager for niche strategies such as self-storage, data centres, and schools. Before PCA, she spent over 3 years with Pramerica Real Estate Investors, where her primary role was to develop, secure and maintain new and existing relationships with clients across Asia for the firm’s global real estate investment management business. Joyce began her career as an Investment Banking analyst at Lehman Brothers in 1999 and stayed for over 10 years.

Carol Cheung
Carol was previously Vice President of BlackRock with responsibility for the Real Estate Finance team in Asia. At LimeTree Capital, Carol oversees the finance function across all funds. She is a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Thomas Lam
Thomas has over 13 years of experience in real estate investments, tax and structuring advisory, acquisition and disposals across Asia Pacific. He started his career at Ernst & Young and KPMG, providing tax and financial advisory for real estate and private equity clients in the region. Thomas’ primary responsibilities include acquisition execution, day-to-day management of assets and disposals across the Tourism and Hospitality investment platform. Thomas graduated from University of Auckland with B.com in Commercial Law and Finance, and is also a Chartered Accountant with CA ANZ.
