We have created a foundation to work with local charitable organizations with a proven track record of making a difference to the people they support. We established the LimeTree Foundation in September 2007 with a financial contribution from the General Partners. The aim of the Foundation is to advance local charitable causes within our areas of investment. We have made a number of individual grants to-date including funds towards a new artificial reef project and turtle conservation on Natai Beach in Thailand and donations towards the local community in Galle, Sri Lanka and Ngaarard State in Palau. Our longest sustained assistance programme thus far has been towards the villagers on the island of Koh Smach in Cambodia which began in July 2010.

In September 2017, our West Village car park was awarded the Bronze Level Parksmart Certification by Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI). West Village Parksmart certificate is the first in China and first outside of the US.
GBCI is the only certification and credentialing body within the green business and sustainability industry. GBCI is the organization that issues certificate of LEED, EDGE, PEER, WELL, SITES and Parksmart (formerly known as Green Garage Certification).
